IRS LTD have an exciting opportunity for a full time Finance Manager to join their growing company.

The position would suit someone who is comfortable working independently and has experience in this type of role. Ideally someone who can take immediate responsibility for the finance function and provide sound financial support. This position could open a great opportunity for professional development and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts for review by company board.
  • Design and implementation of financial reporting systems and internal controls.
  • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
  • Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
  • Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on historic spend and future growth.
  • Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.

Personal Specification:

  • Accounting qualification preferable    
  • Proven experience in similar job role and industry.
  • Experienced in Sage 50 Accounts / High level IT skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.


Job Type: Full Time 

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 /year
