The team at Industrial Refrigeration Services Ltd have announced their next Technical Seminar on 5th May 2016 will focus on energy efficiency and legislation.

With speakers from AGAS, Roger Smith and Mitsubishi Electric’s Tom Williams, this half day seminar will certainly provide an invaluable insight into key topics within the industry, encompassing 25 years’ experience from the IRS team.

IRS who have recently gained the ISO 14001:2004 environmental accreditation, are focusing on energy efficiency and legislation for their next seminar held at the Holiday Inn, Bromsgrove, on Thursday 5th May. Industry feedback still leaves customers in the dark about best practice for cooling systems and by delivering a free seminar on the important issues such as an update on F-GAS and the latest energy efficiency technologies, the IRS team can ensure businesses stay compliant and save money too.

Mark Parsons, Managing Director at IRS brings together industry leaders so that customers can gain a clearer understanding of legislation and green issues facing many businesses. He explains, “This seminar will cover many topics we are regularly asked about. F-GAS which is widely used in air conditioning, refrigeration and process chilling systems and compliance to EU F-Gas Regulation 842/2006 is mandatory. Roger Smith from AGAS will be taking us through the complex timeline of FGAS compliance and Tom Williams from our partner Mitsubishi Electric, will show how new technologies can increase efficiency.” He adds “Our very own Trevor Owen, Technical Specialist and Director at IRS will also give an overview of the use of ‘Free Cooling’ in Server Rooms and a company update on wider issues facing the industry. It will be packed full of useful information in a digestible format”.
