Leicester's mix of higher education, healthcare and manufacturing sites means cooling and ventilation systems rarely get a quiet life. IRS has supported estates teams across the city with air conditioning installation and repair, commercial refrigeration, ventilation and energy management, backed by over 30 years of HVAC experience across the Midlands.
We've worked with the University of Leicester across multiple campus buildings, supporting cooling and ventilation through changes in estates management and helping keep systems running reliably term after term. Whether you're managing a university estate, a hospital site or a manufacturing facility, our engineers understand the pressure of keeping critical environments running without disruption to staff, students or patients.
