Recent Maintenance Team Meeting Highlights

Our recent 6-monthly maintenance team meeting was no exception. Led by Scott Davis M.Inst.R (Director of Service), Nicola Dempsey (Service Desk Manager), and Steve Bayliss (PPM Supervisor), the session provided a valuable opportunity to ensure everyone is aligned and up to date with the latest developments. These meetings are essential for sharing important updates and giving our engineers a platform to offer feedback from their hands-on experience in the field.

Engaging Our Apprentices and Service Team

Earlier that same week, we held a catch-up session with the Service Team and our Apprentices, led by Scott Davis, Nicola Dempsey, and Steve Ridding (Engineering Supervisor). This meeting was another excellent example of collaborative teamwork, with everyone encouraged to contribute ideas and feedback.
